LIMITED REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

GAMENESS MATS warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, as stated above, provided the product is used for its intended purpose, and provided the product has not been subjected to obvious abuse, misuse, or neglect. The extent of GAMENESS MATS liability under this warranty is to defects in materials and workmanship and is limited to the repair of such defects or replacement of any equipment or faulty part at the time of purchase. GAMENESS MATS shall not have any liability to repair and/or replace said equipment or part if the purchaser uses the equipment or part in contravention of the instructions provided by GAMENESS MATS, or if damage is caused by the purchaser in any way.

In no event shall GAMENESS MATS liability for any reason and upon any cause of action whatsoever exceed the value of the product purchased. Misuse, abuse, improper use, or failure to follow instructions including any disclaimer shall void any liability, responsibility, or warranty by GAMENESS MATS.

WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF GAMENESS MATS. GAMENESS MATS NEITHER ASSUMES, NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT, ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF PRODUCTS FROM ITS WEBSITE, CATALOG OR OTHERWISE. THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTIES SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABUSE, OR MISUSE, THE TERM “ORIGINAL PURCHASER” AS USED IN THIS WARRANTY MEANS THE PERSON TO WHOM THE PRODUCT IS ORIGINALLY SOLD AS SHOWN ON THE SALES INVOICE. THESE WARRANTIES SHALL APPLY ONLY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, GAMENESS MATS liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it prepaid in the specified period of time. In no event shall GAMENESS MATS liability exceed the value of the products sold. GAMENESS MATS shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of any product sold through this website or through its catalog. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of special or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your purchase, but it is intended to be the maximum limitation as permitted by law.

ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO mats@gameness.com AND ARE ON A CASE-BY-CASE
BASIS. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURNED PRODUCTS.

To submit a claim under the limited warranty applicable to the Products you have purchased, follow these instructions:

Notify GAMENESS MATS within thirty (30) days of the date when you first identified a possible issue with your products.

You must notify GAMENESS MATS by sending a notice of your claim to mats@gameness.com  DO NOT PHYSICALLY MAIL ANYTHING TO GAMENESS MATS. Any notification other than an email to the address above will not constitute a valid claim under this warranty.

You must include the following information/materials with your warranty claim:

a) Original date of purchase (referencing an order number is ideal).

b) A brief description of the nature and basis of your claim in plain English.

c) Photograph(s) of the damage. The clearer, the better. We need to see what you're talking about!

Upon receipt of a properly submitted claim, GAMENESS MATS will notify you of its position and decision regarding your claim within thirty (30) days. You will not receive a notification that GAMENESS MATS has received your claim.

Delivery Instructions

TILE MATs

Gameness Tile Mats come on a pallet that is 80" Long, 48" Deep, and stacked up to 72" tall. The mats should be completely shrink wrapped, have corner protectors on all four corners, and be banded to the pallet to prevent damage and loss. Most delivery trucks that have a liftgate can lower these pallets to the ground using the liftgate and pallet jack.

Common damage to look for:

Mats that are not shrink wrapped

Broken pallets the pallets that are the wrong size for the mats

Mats that are wet or look greasy or stained

Missing corner protectors

Mats that are not banded to the pallet

If you see any of these things, DO NOT SIGN for the Gameness Tile Mats until you inspect them and notate any damage on the paperwork that the driver takes.

Rollout mats

Gameness Rollout Mats Come in an oversized box with a full sleeve, cap, and lid. Sometimes we ship in a corrugated wrap and heavy-duty bag to save room on trucks.

Common damage to look for:

Torn Packaging

Gouges or punctures in the packaging or mats

If you see any of these things, DO NOT SIGN for the Gameness Rollout Mats until you inspect them and notate any damage on the paperwork that the driver takes.

Puzzle Mats

Gameness Puzzle Mats Come on a pallet that is 48” x 40” and stacked no higher than 80” tall. The pallet will then be shrink wrapped completely to the pallet. Most delivery trucks that have a lift gate can lower these pallets to the ground using the
liftgate and pallet jack.

Common damage to look for:

Mats that are not shrink wrapped

Torn shrink wrap or broken pallet

If you see any of these things, DO NOT SIGN for the Gameness Puzzle Mats until you inspect them and notate any damage on the paperwork that the driver takes.

Wall & Post Pads

Gameness Wall & Post Pads Come on a custom-built pallet and are stacked no higher than
80” tall. The pallet will then be shrink wrapped completely to the pallet. Most delivery trucks that have a lift gate can lower these pallets to the ground
using the liftgate and pallet jack.

Common damage to look for:

Mats that are not shrink wrapped

Broken pallets the pallets that are the wrong size for the mats

Mats that are wet or look greasy or stained

Missing corner protectors

Mats that are not banded to the pallet 

If you see any of these things, DO NOT SIGN for the Gameness Wall & Post Pads until you inspect them and notate any damage on the paperwork that the driver takes.

Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means youhave 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mats@gameness.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will require the customer to pay for the original shipping cost, and return shipping for any exchanges or returns. This also applies to items that are advertised with free shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Any refunds will be applied after additional charges have been settled. In some cases a restocking fee may be required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Backorders

A backordered item ships as soon as it becomes available. Please keep in mind that the arrival date is an estimated time frame and is subject to change. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships. We cannot guarantee that the backorder will be filled. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail. If you have more questions about backorders call us at (800) 626-2787.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8% of merchandise sales is included on orders shipped to Oklahoma addresses. Other states where tax is applicable include: Washington, Nevada, Texas, and Florida.
