Great in home alternative to heavy bag
"Nothing is better for building power than a heavy bag swinging from a tree limb. But this bag is a nice option. I use Bungie cords on the handles to stabilize it on a round wood floor base and a eye bolt on the ceiling. The foam texture is unique in that it does not compress very much. It is pretty firm. I wrap my wrists before using it. The colors are bright and attractive. My wife does mind it being in the house. It is easy to slide out of the way when not in use. I have had it for 6 months and am impressed by how well it's holding up. Hitting it doesn't shake the house or damage anything."
